1. Complete the Online Application
It'll take you less than 15 minutes to complete and submit your online application. Once you have created an online application, an online application portal will be created for you. This portal is where you will upload other important documents.
2. Upload Transcripts
Please upload all your documents to your application portal.
- All examination results, marks, transcripts or grade sheets from 10th to 12th grades at your secondary school, as well as
those from any post-secondary college or university attended.
Applicants will be reviewed for regular admission according to a cumulative weighted secondary school grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale).

3. Upload Proof of English Proficiency
Please upload all your documents to your application portal yourself.
Evidence of English proficiency through one of the following:
- TOEFL 68 (or 46 iBT for full admission via the Linguistic Diversity Bridge Program)
- IELTS 6.0 (or 5.0 for full admission but go through LDBP)
- KTE 477 (or 400 for full admission but go through LDBP)
- DET 100 (or 80 for full admission but go through LDBP)
- PTE 55 (or 43 for full admission but go through LDBP)
- Other official evidence of English language proficiency, as approved by Texas Wesleyan University.
Note: The University is the sole judge of a student's English proficiency.
*Scores must be less than two years old for undergraduate admissions
4. Obtain I-20
To be issued Form I-20, international applicants must be admitted to the academic program and must submit following documents:
- Passport ID page
- Bank Statement (evidence of sufficient funding for the period of study in the U.S.)
- Affidavit Support Form
- New Student Fee $75
If you already hold a visa from a university located within the United States and plan on transferring to Texas Wesleyan, work with your current school's International Student Advisor or DSO to complete your International-transfer-form and send it with your academic records to us at internationaladmissions@pennasindvolvo.com.
